Overview
400 KLD DAF Effluent Treatment System
Active Technowear Manufacturing Plant required a dependable system to treat raw effluent generated from its manufacturing operations before discharge. Aim Enviro designed and commissioned a 400 KLD Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) plant, using chemical dosing and flocculation to destabilize suspended and oily contaminants ahead of air-assisted separation.
The DAF unit uses a dedicated air saturation system to generate fine air bubbles that attach to flocculated particles, floating them to the surface for efficient sludge separation — resulting in clarified treated water ready for collection and further use or compliant discharge.
