Kandoi Group
For Kandoi Group, Aim Enviro engineered two complementary 100 KLD systems: a raw water treatment scheme delivering demineralized water, and a wastewater recovery scheme that reclaims water from effluent while routing reject through an MVR evaporator.

Overview
Two Integrated 100 KLD Schemes
Kandoi Group required both a reliable source of high-purity raw water and a way to recover value from its wastewater stream. Aim Enviro delivered two parallel 100 KLD systems: Scheme A treats raw water through multi-grade filtration, softening, RO, and demineralization down to mixed-bed polishing; Scheme B recovers water from effluent via UF and two-stage RO, with the concentrated reject processed through an MVR evaporator.
Together, the two schemes give Kandoi Group a complete water loop — high-purity water for process use, and maximum recovery of water from its own wastewater, minimizing both freshwater intake and discharge volume.

Scope of Work
What We Delivered
- Water and effluent characterization across both raw water and wastewater streams
- Design of Scheme A: 100 KLD raw water treatment with MGF, softener, RO, and DM/mixed bed polishing
- Design of Scheme B: 100 KLD wastewater recovery with UF and two-stage RO
- Integration of an MVR evaporator to process the Scheme B reject stream
- Installation, commissioning, and performance testing of both schemes

Core Technology
MGF + Softener + RO + DM + UF + MVR Evaporator
Core Goals
- Deliver 100 KLD of high-purity demineralized water via Scheme A
- Recover reusable water from effluent via Scheme B's UF and two-stage RO
- Minimize discharge volume by routing Scheme B's reject through an MVR evaporator
Key Challenges
- Coordinating two parallel 100 KLD schemes serving different water needs
- Polishing raw water down to mixed-bed purity for Scheme A
- Managing concentrated RO reject through MVR evaporation in Scheme B
Process
Scheme Workflows
Scheme A — Raw Water Treatment (100 KLD)
Raw water is treated through multi-grade filtration and softening, then polished via RO and demineralization to a mixed-bed stage for high-purity output.

MGF (Multi-Grade Filter)
Softener

DM Plant
Mixed Bed
Scheme B — Wastewater Recovery (100 KLD)
Effluent is stored, filtered through UF, and passed through two RO stages to recover reusable water; concentrated reject is processed through an MVR evaporator.

RO Stage 2
Recovered Water
Reject → MVR Evaporator
Highlights
- Scheme A and Scheme B engineered as parallel, independently operating systems
- Mixed bed polishing stage tuned to deliver high-purity output in Scheme A
- MVR evaporator integrated specifically to process Scheme B's concentrated reject
