RO & DM Plant

RO, DM Plant & Raw Water Treatment Systems

For a chemical manufacturing facility in Ankleshwar, Aim Enviro delivered a comprehensive set of water treatment systems spanning RO, demineralization, and raw water treatment — including cooling tower side stream filtration to protect the cooling water circuit.

Overview

RO, DM Plant & Raw Water Treatment Systems

The facility required several parallel water treatment systems across its site. Aim Enviro delivered a 12,000 LPH RO system with mixed bed polishing, a standalone 500 LPH RO unit, and two DM plants with mixed bed stages sized at 300 KLD and 100 KLD respectively.

A raw water treatment line was also installed, combining multi-grade filtration and softening with a Cooling Tower Side Stream Filter to maintain cooling water quality across the facility.
