25,000 LPH Rooftop Two-Stage RO Plant
For an industrial facility in Bhavnagar, Aim Enviro designed, installed, and commissioned a 25,000 LPH two-stage rooftop Reverse Osmosis plant engineered for high water recovery.
Location
Bhavnagar, Gujarat
Capacity
25,000 LPH
Category
Reverse Osmosis
Overview
25,000 LPH Two-Stage RO Plant
The facility needed a rooftop-installed RO system capable of reliably supplying process water at scale. Aim Enviro engineered a 25,000 LPH two-stage Reverse Osmosis plant: Stage 1 uses 3 pressure tubes for primary separation, with the concentrate routed into a Stage 2 array of 2 pressure tubes for additional permeate recovery.
The two-stage pressure tube design achieves approximately 75% water recovery, and the system was successfully installed, commissioned, and handed over on the facility's rooftop.
